Employment Type: Full-time from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

About the Role:
We are an international Mystery Shopping company looking for a motivated and organized Operations Assistant (Scheduler) to help us manage freelance projects. You will coordinate between our company and field shoppers (freelancers who do simple visits to shops/restaurants) by assigning tasks, explaining project details, and following up on deadlines.

No previous experience in mystery shopping is required – full training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

- Contact freelance shoppers by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Assign them to mystery shopping tasks in their areas.
- Explain visit instructions clearly.
- Follow up with shoppers to make sure they complete the tasks on time.
- Update internal tracking sheets with the latest status.
- Report any issues or delays to the project manager.

Requirements:
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and email.
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Responsible and reliable.
