Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of products. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, team supervision, compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and meeting delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of FMCG products.
Enforce FIFO/FEFO practices and expiry date control.
Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock counts.
Plan manpower and shifts to meet operational demands.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and procurement teams.
Handle discrepancies, damages, and customer returns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG.
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is required.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse KPIs.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
