We are looking for a sharp, analytical Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of our goods. In this role, you won't just book containers; you will be responsible for finding the best suppliers, calculating precise shipping volumes (CBM) to maximize container utilization, and preparing the financial documentation (Proformas) that keeps our supply chain moving.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Quoting: Identify and vet global suppliers. Request and analyze quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

CBM & Load Optimization: Calculate the total volume (CBM) of orders to determine the most cost-effective shipping method (LCL vs. FCL) and optimize container space.

Proforma Management: Prepare and review Proforma Invoices to initiate trade, ensuring all Incoterms, payment terms, and product specifications are accurate.

Container Booking: Secure vessel space with carriers and manage the full booking lifecycle.

Financial Documentation: Audit supplier invoices against original quotes and Proformas to ensure billing accuracy before passing to the finance department.

Reporting: Maintain a database of approved suppliers and historical pricing to assist in future negotiations
