Eat Vite, a growing multi-unit restaurant group in Lebanon, is hiring a Director of Finance to
lead financial governance, performance visibility, and cost discipline across all locations. This
is a key leadership role for candidates who understand restaurant economics, unit
performance, and financial control beyond basic accounting.
Key Scope
 Build and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
 Oversee daily, MTD, and YTD performance vs budget
 Control food cost, labor cost, and branch-level profitability
 Lead financial reporting (Daily / Weekly / Monthly Closing – Day 5)
 Create independent P&L per branch and group-level consolidation
 Conduct field audits: inventory, cost control, waste, price integrity
 Approve pricing, cost decisions, purchasing, and vendor financial terms
 Support expansion with feasibility, ROI studies, and break-even models
Required Background
 7+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality finance
 Multi-site / multi-unit control exposure (not a single café)
 Strong cost control, inventory discipline & menu margin analysis
 Ability to work on-site in Nabatieh + visit locations across Lebanon
 Advanced reporting, forecasting, and operational finance skills
 Languages: Arabic, English (must), French is a plus
