Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning services or facilities management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple sites and meet operational KPIs

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle client requirements

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily cleaning operations and site teams

Ensure service quality and compliance with company standards

Coordinate staffing, schedules, and materials

Handle client follow-ups and operational reports
