1. Develop and administer human resource policies, practices, procedures and programs.
2. Support hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle for national and multinational staff, contributing to efficient and transparent recruitment processes.
3. Identify cuttingedge recruiting methods, pipeline building, and candidate selection to implement within the existing recruitment process.
4. Determine selection criteria using relevant tests and assessment tools, hiring profiles, and job requirements within the selection process for vacant positions.
5. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
6. Design and develop outsourced and in house annual training programs for line managers, which contributes to the development of competencies, behavioral and technical.
7. Proceedonboarding process of new hires: background checks, company culture, code of conduct, leave and pay system, role and job scope.
8. Maintain accurate HR records including timesheets, attendance, leave trackers, staff info lists, and organizational charts.
9. Manage employee files in digital and hard copy formats, keeping records updated and readily available for HR processes.
10. Plan and suggest company indoor and outdoor events
