About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who thinks like a content creator, moves fast, comfortable speaking on camera, appearing in videos and knows how to turn ideas into campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
• Help shape and execute the group’s annual marketing strategy.
• Bring campaigns to life across digital, social, showrooms, and offline.
• Manage launches, promos, seasonal campaigns, and the full marketing calendar.

Agency & Production Management
• Be the go-to person for all marketing agencies.
• Coordinate with digital, Google Ads, creative, and production teams.
• Make sure every deliverable is on time, on brand, and on point.

Social Media & Content Creation (Core Focus)
• Oversee daily presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Think like a creator: trends, reels, visuals, storytelling.
• Brief agencies on content needs, review posts, and approve everything before it goes live.
• Personally create and appear in short-form video content (Instagram stories, reels, behind-the-scenes, launches) when needed to support brand communication.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and representing LTEIF GROUP in a professional, engaging, and authentic way.

Google Ads & Performance Follow-Up
• Coordinate with the Google Ads agency handling budgets and campaigns.
• Track performance, KPIs, and campaign alignment with promotions.
• Request reports and ensure constant optimization.

Visuals, Branding & Creative Direction
• Manage photoshoots, videos, catalogues, banners, POS, and print.
• Ensure all visuals follow LTEIF GROUP’s brand identity.
• Collect product info, assets, and materials from suppliers.

E-Commerce & Website Coordination
• Coordinate website banners, promotions, and updates.
• Support online campaigns with strong visuals and content.

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in marketing.
• Strong experience working with agencies and managing workflows.
• Solid understanding of content, branding, and production.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads (coordination level).
• Organized, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (French is a plus)
