Key Responsibilities

Research and analyze fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market data

Select and purchase seasonal collections that align with brand strategy

Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and supplier meetings

Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms with vendors

Monitor sales performance and adjust buying plans accordingly

Manage inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages

Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing teams

Ensure products meet quality, ethical, and sustainability standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Analytical skills with attention to detail

Ability to work with budgets and sales data

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Excel and retail management systems
