What You’ll Do
• Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Solution Delivery:
Coordinate with technical and sales teams to deliver tailored IT solutions, including Microsoft, UiPath, and custom offerings.
• Account Growth:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, expanding the scope of services provided to each client.
• Issue Resolution:
Address client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting & Reviews:
Prepare and present account reviews, proposals, and performance reports.
• CRM Management:
Keep accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Industry Awareness:
Stay informed about IT trends and our evolving solution portfolio to provide relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications & Skills
• Female professional with a passion for IT, client service, and business development
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development (IT sector preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new platforms and solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM tools and account management processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
