Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute annual and campaign-based marketing strategies for Beytech and other brands
•Lead end-to-end campaign management across digital, social, e-commerce, and offline channels
•Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and campaign execution
•Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta)
•Manage product launch marketing and brand communication initiatives
•Oversee website content and updates, coordinating with the graphic designers, web developer, video animator and marketing coordinator
•Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including showrooms, uniforms, vehicles, and POS materials
•Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing outputs
•Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing efforts
Qualifications & Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
•3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role
•Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, and social media strategy
•Working knowledge of WordPress backend management and SEO fundamental
•Experience managing multiple brands or product categories
•Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
•Ability to manage internal teams
