Accountant / Office Admin

This dual role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient office operations and assist the management team.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and maintain related records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and budgets.
• Handle petty cash, expense reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities: Office Administration
• Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Handle incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail).
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities.
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital).
• Assist with HR tasks like onboarding new employees.

Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in both accounting and administrative functions.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
