• Oversee daily operations
• Lead kitchen, sandwich line & cashier teams
• Scheduling + attendance
• Ensure standards, hygiene & portioning
• Inventory follow-up
• Handle complaints & cash reconciliation
• Report daily to Operations Manager
Requirements:
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Leadership & communication skills
• POS knowledge
• Can multitask & work under pressure
• Preferably from Mansourieh/nearby
