Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Requirements and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; training in sales or business is an asset.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- schedule: from Monday to Friday from 8 am till 4 pm
