Full-Time Secretary / Administrative Assistant
Location: Mount Lebanon, Dekweneh
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle and log phone calls; assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and meetings.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, archives, and databases.
• Welcome visitors and ensure conference room and office organization.
• Manage filing, archiving, office supplies, and petty cash.
Requirements:
• Reliable and organized.
• Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Word, etc.).
• Fluent in Arabic; basic English or French is a plus.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Preference given to candidates residing in or around Dekweneh.
Working Days: Monday – Friday
