Job Vacancy: Purchasing Officer

A company based in Bauchrieh is looking to hire a Purchasing Officer to join its team.

Location: Bauchrieh
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the full purchasing cycle for food products and packaging materials

Communicate with local and international suppliers

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules

Follow up on purchase orders and shipments

Monitor stock levels and prepare reports

Coordinate with accounting, logistics, marketing, and operations teams

Work on ERP systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field

2–5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong negotiation and organizational skills

Good computer skills (MS Office & ERP)

Fluent in English and Arabic
