KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:
● Providing a comprehensive customer experience by welcoming clients, understanding their design needs and goals, offering professional consultation and support in product selection and customization, and ensuring effective follow-up and after-sales service.
● Conduct on-site measurements and assessments to support accurate design planning.
● Develop design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and layouts aligned with client needs and brand aesthetics.
● Determine project costs, timelines, materials, and resource requirements.
● Oversee project implementation and ensure adherence to approved design specifications and quality standards.
● Offer design guidance to customers across multiple branch locations.
● Create floor plans and display concepts that ensure effective product placement and color harmony.
● Install and update window displays, feature zones, and seasonal or promotional setups.
● Arrange products and props to maximize visibility, customer engagement, and sales impact.
● Monitor store conditions and maintain VM standards across all locations.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum Experience:
5+ years of experience
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Knowledge & Skills:
● Experience with computational design.
● Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
● Strong understanding of color theory, styling, space planning, and visual storytelling.
● High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
● Strong communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
● Excellent creativity, aesthetic judgment, and trend awareness.
● Ability to travel regularly to support multiple branches
