KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:
• Develop creative visual content for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials
• Design in-store graphics, signage, POS materials, and showroom visuals
• Create product visuals, layouts, and presentations showcasing furniture collections
• Assist with image selection, basic retouching, and layout design for catalogs and lookbooks
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, VM, and production teams to meet project objectives and deadlines
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum Experience:
• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the furniture, retail, or interior design industry.
• Demonstrated expertise through a strong portfolio with high-quality designs.
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
• Good knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior design aesthetics
• Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Familiarity with digital design formats and print production standards
