Growth Officer - General Development

Job Purpose:
The Growth Officer General Development is responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning,
program development, and operational excellence. This role blends business development with internal process
optimization focusing on the creation and implementation of SOPs, cross-functional project management, and
innovation.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of identifying new growth opportunities, enhancing existing
operations, and building a roadmap for sustainable success.

Key Accountabilities:
▪ Identify and evaluate new opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.
▪ Develop business cases and implementation strategies for new markets, products, or services.
▪ Collaborate with leadership to define short- and long-term growth objectives.
▪ Design and implement company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize best practices.
▪ Work with department heads to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure compliance.
▪ Monitor execution and adherence to processes across departments.
▪ Lead the design and rollout of new internal initiatives, development programs, and pilot projects.
▪ Establish project KPIs and manage cross-functional teams for delivery.
▪ Prepare proposals and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.
▪ Audit and optimize internal systems and tools to ensure they support growth and performance.
▪ Recommend and implement tools, automation, or structural improvements.
▪ Conduct regular performance reviews and suggest corrective actions when needed.
▪ Report directly to the CEO and provide data-driven insights on growth initiatives.
▪ Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic updates.
▪ Participates in international events, trade shows, and represents the company as needed.
▪ Act as liaison between leadership and operational teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Management, consultancy, or related field.
▪ 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, or Operations.
▪ Proven track record in developing SOPs and managing cross-departmental projects.
▪ Strong analytical and organizational skills
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
▪ Ability to travel as needed.
▪ Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
