Key Account Manager – Partnerships

Role Overview:
The Key Account Manager – Partnerships is responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic relationships with FMCG and retail partners on the platform. The role focuses on increasing partner performance, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of key FMCG and retail partners
Maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements
Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement
Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives in collaboration with marketing and operations
Lead quarterly business reviews and reporting with partners
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
Stay informed on market trends, competition, and category performance




Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnerships, or Business Development
Background in FMCG or retail industry is a must
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance data
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus
