We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team at our factory in Antelias.

Principal Accountabilities:

-Monitoring & Safety: Oversee Critical Control Points (CCP) and ensure food safety throughout the entire manufacturing cycle.

-Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products within the plant and at franchise locations.

-Sanitation: Perform sanitation verifications and monitor ATP testing for personnel, surfaces, and utensils.

-Auditing: Issue food safety audits and provide timely reports, including checklists and action plans.

-Compliance: Ensure all employees follow food safety and worker safety practices; maintain recipe guidelines during processing.

Requirements :

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.

-Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar quality control role within the food industry.

-Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Computer Literacy) and familiar with lab testing procedures.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical reporting skills.

Location: Must be able to commute to Antelias – Fouwar for the morning shift
