Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare and verify export documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Book and coordinate ocean shipments according to customer delivery schedules.
• Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate order distribution with production facilities to meet shipment requirements.
• Monitor customer order patterns to anticipate product demand and reduce emergency shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve logistics issues, and follow up on customer satisfaction opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in all communications and logistics interactions.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Freight forwarding company is a must or in the same role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player
