We’re hiring a Factory Manager for Intercasa – Jadra Factory.

This role is ideal for an experienced factory or production professional who can oversee operations, manage teams, and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across the factory.

Requirements:
Must be based in or near the Jadra area
Minimum 7 years of experience in factory or production management
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Experience overseeing daily operations, production planning, and workflow optimization
Ability to ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and operational efficiencyf
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
