Performance Responsibilities (not limited to)

- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end;
- Coordinate with sales and design departments to receive information on newly signed project(s);
- Prepare a Site Survey along with design request
- Establish a preliminary and tentative schedule with client or contractor in coordination with Operations Manager;
- Meet with selected designer to establish design development phase;
- Supervise design phase with architect responsible to give feedback as far as installation hints are concerned;
- Ensure presentation of execution drawings (after verification) to client or main architect for approval within the agreed timeframe;
- Launch shop drawings with architect responsible after approval of the execution drawings & final site measurements;
- Counter shop drawings before sending any purchase request or manufacturing order;
- Oder needed material using appropriate software.
- Issue manufacturing orders to factory according to shop drawings or to clear sketches;
- Follow up development of production with production manager.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team;
- Coordinate with site date of installation and insure that site is ready before sending goods and teams;
- Ensure reception and quality of goods from factory or purchase department prior to delivery on site, while insuring quality standards, measurement standards, quantities and special packaging;
- Visit subcontractor’s premises on regular basis to check and track the quality of work done;
- Supervise installation and handing over of project to client respecting high quality standards
