This is a full-time, on-site position for a Restaurant Manager at Crepaway(Keserwan region). The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing and training staff, and upholding food and beverage standards. The Restaurant Manager will also implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain the welcoming, upbeat ambiance that distinguishes Crepaway.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
Experience in Hiring, team leadership, and building an efficient and motivated team.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage with both staff and customers.
Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage management practices and standards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to uphold safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the restaurant industry.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a must
