We're hiring an HR Manager for one of Beirut's most exciting and evolving groups, operating across F&B and NGO, with international expansion already underway.

Ashrafieh, Beirut

This is a well-rounded HR leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to operations, understands how people, logistics, and processes connect — and wants to grow alongside a brand that's about to go regional.

What we're looking for:

-Solid HR experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or operations-heavy environments
-Comfortable handling people operations, logistics, and coordination
-Strong understanding of labour law, NSSF, and compliance
-Able to support teams through growth and change
-Interested in being part of a brand going international
-Experience in HR leadership
-Understanding of how people, logistics, and processes connect
-Ability to partner closely with operations, procurement, and management
-Ability to prepare the organization for international openings
-Ability to grow into senior HR ownership, including SOPs and structure
