Compounding Supervisor

OBJECTIVE:
To manufacture all bulks needed for the finished products according to the established quality specifications and to deliver the bulks in a timely fashion to the packaging department.
DUTIES:
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to set the weekly production plan with the due dates
• Responsible of the production of all batches
• Oversee and coach his team of operators
• Take full ownership of the water treatment system ( test, machine status, performance and capacity) to make sure it is working properly and within standards
• Print out the production order formulas from the ERP system and update with the exact quantities used
• Set the hygienic rules in the compounding room and train the employees on it.
• Collect and analyse data related to the efficiency of the department (OEE & KPIs)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry or equivalent
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
• Hard worker capable of working overtime and extra shifts
