Outdoor Sales Consultant – Real Estate (Beirut)

Company Overview:
A leading real estate company in Beirut is seeking a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, customer-oriented, and passionate about the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

1-Conduct outdoor sales activities and property visits with clients.
2-Build and maintain strong client relationships.
3-Promote and market available properties.
4-Farming process to collect data.
5-Follow up with clients and provide professional consultation.
6-Achieve individual and team sales targets.
7-Handle negotiations and assist clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Qualifications:

1-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in sales, customer service, or marketing are welcome to apply.
3-Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
4-Must have a car and preferably reside in Beirut or nearby areas.
5-Strong sales and negotiation skills.
6-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7-Good command of the English language.
