Purchasing Manager - Chain of Restaurants - Kinshasa

Salary: $2500 per month, plus accommod
We are hiring a Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement activities for a chain of restaurants located in Kinshasa, Africa.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Hospitality Management
• 5–8 years of purchasing or procurement experience
• Proven experience in restaurants, hotels, or food & beverage chains is required
• Experience managing multiple outlets is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage purchasing and supplier markets
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Understanding of inventory control, cost management, and logistics
• Familiarity with procurement systems and ERP or POS-related purchasing tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Proficiency in French is required
