Role Purpose

To support the promotion, education, and scientific positioning of dermal filler products by providing expert product knowledge, training, and technical support to healthcare professionals, while supporting the sales team to drive market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-depth scientific and technical support for dermal filler products

Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for doctors and clinics

Support sales representatives during field visits and key customer meetings

Deliver product presentations, clinical data, and comparative positioning

Assist in product launches and promotional campaigns

Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, and aesthetic physicians

Respond to medical and technical inquiries from customers

Collect market feedback and report competitor activities

Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Quality and frequency of training sessions

Product knowledge and clinical support effectiveness

Support to sales target achievement

Customer satisfaction and feedback

Successful product launches and adoption

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field

Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, fillers, or injectables is a strong advantage

Strong presentation and training skills

Scientific mindset with excellent communication abilities

Ability to work closely with sales teams and medical professionals

Willingness to travel within assigned territory
