Head Chef - Kinshasa

We are hiring a Head Chef to manage an International Cuisine restaurant located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Africa.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

· Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field
· Minimum 7 years of professional kitchen experience
· At least 3–5 years in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
· Proven experience working in international or multi-cuisine restaurants
· Strong expertise in international cuisines (e.g., European, Asian, Middle Eastern, or fusion)
· Ability to standardize recipes and maintain consistent quality across multiple outlets
· Excellent knife skills, cooking techniques, and plating standards
· Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
· Budgeting, food costing, and inventory management skills
· Working knowledge of French is required
