The Electrical Estimation Engineer leads and manages electrical cost estimates for construction projects, supporting the preparation of competitive tenders and accurate project budgets. This role plays a key part in developing detailed electrical estimates, coordinating with other disciplines, and supporting management throughout the tendering process, with exposure to regional and Saudi Arabian projects.


Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates covering LV, MV, ELV, BMS, and ICT systems
- Perform complete quantity take-offs and detailed cost build-ups
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and employer requirements
- Develop labor productivity norms and pricing assumptions
- Prepare technical clarifications, exclusions, and commercial notes
- Coordinate with mechanical and civil estimators on combined tenders
- Support management during tender reviews and negotiations
- Review junior engineers’ work and provide technical guidance


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in electrical estimation
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems
- Experience in Saudi/GCC projects is a strong plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (Candy is a plus)
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
