We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10 years and plus experience to join our contracting team and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and handover
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and execution plans
- Monitor progress, costs, quality, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review and manage contracts, variations, claims, and payments
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
