About the Role:
A highly reputable company in Bekaa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural & Design Engineer to join the team!

The role involves both office-based design work and regular on-site follow-up visits, ensuring designs are properly implemented on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and revise 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp and 3ds Max
- Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using Lumion
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site
- Support design development and presentation materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, Master's is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, MBA is a plus
Must have relevant experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Lumion rendering.
Strong understanding of architectural or design engineering principles and practices
Excellent command of English
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
