HR Admin - Food & Beverage (F&B) or Hospitality industry

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager for our operation in Lebanon with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics within the F&B or Hospitality sector. As the HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Source, interview, and assess candidates for a wide range of positions, from front-line staff to managerial roles.
Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions to build a talent pipeline.
Implement training programs tailored to the unique skill sets required in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development to enhance employee performance and job satisfaction.
Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans to retain and groom future leaders.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all departments.
Handle disciplinary actions when necessary, maintaining a balanced approach that aligns with company values.
Stay up-to-date with labor laws, industry regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the F&B or Hospitality sector.
Ensure all HR practices, policies, and procedures are in accordance with legal standards.
Oversee labor contract negotiations and agreements to protect the interests of both the employees and the organization.
Develop and implement performance evaluation processes that align with industry-specific benchmarks and expectations.
Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback, improvement plans, and recognition strategies.
Monitor and manage employee performance to drive productivity and achieve business objectives.
Gather, analyze, and present HR data to leadership, identifying trends and insights to guide informed decision-making.
Measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements for enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
3+ years of progressive HR experience within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance unique to the industry.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, training, employee relations, and performance management
