The Replenishment Officer is responsible for maintaining optimal store inventory levels to ensure alignment with targeted customer service standards, forecast accuracy, and safety stock requirements.
- Review and ensure previous transfers are updated and closed in the system.
- Follow up with stores regarding low stock, out-of-stock (OOS), and overstock items.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding allocations, store stock issues, and product availability
