We’re Hiring: Content Creator & Video Editor (Full-Time)

We’re a creative agency working with international clients, and we’re looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team full-time.

This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content, can edit fast, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera when needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Editing Reels / TikToks / short-form videos using CapCut
• Filming basic content (UGC, talking head, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes)
• Assisting with content ideas and script improvements
• Adapting content for different brands and markets
• Occasionally joining on-site shoots when required

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong experience with CapCut
• Good understanding of content creation & storytelling
• Comfortable filming content when needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and fast-moving

Work setup

• Full-time position
• Mostly remote
• Occasional in-person shoots (Lebanon)
• Agency works primarily with international clients, with some local projects

• Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines
