Key Responsibilities Market Research & Strategy: Conduct analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to identify growth areas and unmet needs.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients and partners.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms for new business deals and partnerships.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for entering new markets or launching new products/services.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and support growth initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Track business development activities, analyze data, and report on progress towards goals.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Management or any related field Minimum 2+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
