We are looking for a site architect. The ideal candidate must have a minimum five years of Site experience and good knowledge of construction Practices.

Core Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and develop detailed architectural designs, plans, and drawings for residential, commercial, and public projects. This includes creating 3D models and renderings to communicate visions to clients.
• Produce construction documents, blueprints, and detailed technical specifications using advanced software like Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards. They also manage the preparation of planning applications and permit documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation from inception through completion. This often involves making bids on potential projects and negotiating contracts.
• Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensure work aligns with design intent, and resolve technical issues that arise during building.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate complex building systems into a unified design.
