Junior HR assistant

Job Description:
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR Manager by maintaining and updating employee CVs, handling clerical and secretarial tasks, and accurately completing HR data tables and reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
*Update and maintain employee CVs monthly
*Perform clerical and secretarial HR tasks
*Enter and maintain HR data and tables
*Support the HR Manager with routine administrative duties

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or any Technical related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, AI tools.). Visio is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional fluency in English, French and Arabic (Strong written and verbal communication skills.

NB: Candidates living near Sin El fil area are preferred
