Within the Product Evolution Services department, the Reporting team aims to understand and address user needs as well as integration and interaction challenges with other systems.
The team is responsible for the Product Management of the software solution, from definition to implementation at clients’. It provides expertise to internal clients (Client teams, Product teams, Pre-sales, etc.) and final clients, supporting and advising them to better tackle short-term challenges (implementation and support) and long-term goals (sustainability).
Your Role
In an Agile work environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute in product evolution and lifecycle management (SCRUM and SAFe methodologies)
- Master the various roles and processes involved in product design and development
- Understand client business needs and use cases to contribute to the product vision
- Contribute to product development, particularly in requirements definition, validation of new developments, and maintenance of documentation
- Facilitate knowledge building and sharing internally and with clients
- Provide analytical, operational, and strategic support to clients
- Deliver expert, high-quality support to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure recommendations and best practices enforcement
- Contribute to maintaining and enriching Standard functional and technical Packaged reports provided to clients
- Understand client reporting usage and needs
- Design and build reports
- Validate, document, and maintain the proposed offering
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or engineering degree
- At least two years of professional experience, ideally in one of the following areas:
- Exposure to reporting or data management solutions (data lake, data warehouse, ETL, etc.)
- Experience in capital markets activities
- Experience with financial software packages
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Familiarity with semi-structured data formats (XML, JSON)
- Knowledge of Linux (command line, navigation, shell scripting)
- Understanding of programming languages or system architecture, API design principles, and development processes
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of financial markets would be a plus
- Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt in a demanding environment; highly autonomous, team‑spirited, collaborative, and equipped with strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, as well as presentation skills, are an asset
