Role Summary:
Telecel Global is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and employees. The Receptionist will ensure a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
- Accompany guests to meeting rooms or relevant departments as needed
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor access
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area


Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certifications are a plus)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, punctual, and professional in appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to speak English (conversational level sufficient)
