A leading 5-star company with a strong market presence and a commitment to excellence is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager / Marketing Director to lead its marketing initiatives and strengthen brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
* Lead brand management, positioning, and communication across all channels
* Oversee digital marketing, social media, PR, advertising, and campaigns
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors
* Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on campaigns
* Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
* Collaborate closely with sales and senior management

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
5–8+ years of experience in marketing, with leadership experience
* Background in a 5-star, luxury, hospitality, or premium brand environment preferred
* Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Fluency in English (Arabic and French are a plus)
