**Sales Executive – Facility Management Services (Zalka)**

GSM is seeking a **Sales Executive** to strengthen our commercial team in Zalka. We’re looking for a motivated professional with the drive to generate new business and deliver results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Cold calling and lead generation.
* Managing prospects and pipeline through CRM tools.
* Conducting field visits and street surveys to identify potential clients (shops, restaurants, banks, etc.).
* Presenting and selling GSM’s cleaning, pest control, and security services.

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (insurance, TV advertising, or similar).
* Proficiency in Excel and CRM software.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Driver’s license required; personal car is a plus.
* Location: Zalka.
* Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Saturday off).
* Immediate starter.
