• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Reports to: Managing Director

Experience & Education
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in general HR functions and office management across various fields, ideally including industries like ours. Prior experience in managing employee matters for both local and overseas teams is considered a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field.

Job Purpose
The HR & Office Manager will be responsible for supporting and implementing key HR functions and managing office operations across the company. This includes ensuring HR operations are efficiently managed, aligning policies and practices with business goals, and supporting local and international team needs where applicable.

Key Responsibilities
I. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Manage day-to-day HR activities for employees in Lebanon and support HR needs for overseas staff when required.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate and complete employee records.
- Track and manage employee attendance, leaves, and holiday schedules across teams, ensuring proper documentation and consistency with internal policy.
- Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions across the organization.
- Support hiring processes both locally and internationally in coordination with department heads.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and clearly communicated.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of an effective organizational structure, including updated organizational charts and role clarity.

II. Office Management
- Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversee office administration, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- Ensure office facilities are well maintained and provide a safe working environment.

III. Performance & Compliance
- Organize (create in coordination with CEO and HODs) and follow up on employee performance appraisal processes and evaluation timelines.
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all relevant roles in alignment with departmental and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with the Lebanese labor law. Familiarity with other labor regulations (e.g., EU) is a plus.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and supporting employee relations in alignment with company policy.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor law (mandatory); exposure to international labor laws is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Good command of MS Office tools and HRIS platforms
