Job Details

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to lead end-to-end payroll operations and related employee administration activities across the organization. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with Lebanese regulations (Labor Law, NSSF, MOF), effective benefits administration, and smooth employee lifecycle transactions—while maintaining strong controls, confidentiality, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full monthly payroll cycle for all entities from input collection to final validation and release.
Validate payroll data against HRMS and internal records; resolve discrepancies proactively.
Prepare payroll reconciliations and monthly payroll reports.
Provide payroll analytics (payroll vs budget, variances, trends, headcount cost insights).
Support maintaining salary structure, grading, and yearly pay scale updates.
Assist in annual Budget reviews and benchmarking exercises.
Manage insurance programs: enrollments, deactivations, billing follow-up, and claims coordination.
Liaise with brokers and providers to ensure timely employee support.
Handle issuance of insurance cards, verify accuracy, and coordinate distribution.
Ensure accurate and timely NSSF processes.
Enroll new employees in HRMS and manage changes.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
Experience: 6+ years in payroll/C&B with at least 2 years in a Senior role.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law, NSSF processes, and MOF/statutory requirements.
Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills; experience with HRMS/payroll systems;
