Job Vacancy: Storekeeper – Pastry Shop

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage the storage and inventory of raw materials and supplies for our pastry shop, ensuring smooth daily operations and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive raw materials and supplies (flour, sugar, butter, chocolate, packaging, etc.) and verify them against invoices

Store ingredients properly according to food safety and hygiene standards

Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of items needed for daily production

Issue materials to the production team and record all movements

Track expiration dates and report any damaged or expired items

Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies

Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper labeling inside the store/warehouse

Coordinate with the pastry kitchen, purchasing, and management teams

Requirements:

Previous experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a pastry, bakery, or food business

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and storage standards

Basic computer skills and inventory tracking knowledge

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure

Friday - Saturday: From 8:00 PM till 5:00 AM
