Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Showroom Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers. In this role, you’ll welcome clients into the showroom, understand their needs, demonstrate products, and guide them through the sales process from first contact to final purchase.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional, welcoming manner

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently

Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads and inquiries

Maintain showroom appearance, displays, and product organization

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business


Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, inventory, delivery, etc.) as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Previous sales or customer service experience (showroom or retail preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach

Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them clearly

Professional appearance and demeanor


Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional sales training or industry experience is a plus
