We run a structured operation and expect professionalism, accountability, and consistency.Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-quality remote Customer Service Representative who can confidently manage inbound and outbound customer communication, schedule jobs accurately, and support our field team.You will be the first point of contact for our customers. How you communicate matters. Attention to detail matters.
