Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 (Saturday if needed) in Zouk Mosbeh
Industry: Food & Beverage Factory (Condiments & Carbonated Drinks)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced industrial maintenance technician to support our production lines, ensure smooth machine operation, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance across the factory.

Main Responsibilities

Role Summary
Hands-on technical specialist responsible for field troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of MEP and PLC-controlled systems in industrial food and beverage production lines. This role is strictly technical and does not involve machine operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machines and production lines
* Diagnose faults in sensors, actuators, motors, VFDs, HMIs, and I/O modules
* Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, and control components
* Support mechanical systems including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, fillers, and mixers
* Maintain utilities: compressed air, water, and CIP circuits
* Execute preventive maintenance plans and respond to breakdowns
* Record maintenance interventions and technical reports
Required Profile
Experience:
* 3–5 years in industrial maintenance (food & beverage or FMCG preferred)

Education:
* Technical diploma in Electromechanics, Electrical Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or related field

Technical Skills:
* Basic PLC knowledge (Siemens / Schneider / Allen-Bradley)
* Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of pneumatics, utilities, and industrial safety standards
Recruitment Note
This position is intended for a technical MEP & PLC specialist. Machine operation experience alone is not sufficient.

Should be able to read machine manuals, technical drawings, and write simple reports.

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, outlook).

Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
