Site Location: Jbeil District, Lebanon (Preference for candidates residing nearby and immediately available).

Education: Bachelor of a Civil Engineering is a must.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience with a main contractor.

Main duties:

- Monitor and maintain the Project Schedule and Milestones

- Carry-out take-off quantities

- Prepare shop drawings when needed

- Prepare Client's and subcontractors' IPC

- Record, calculate and notify all changes leading to Variation Orders, and others.

Required Languages: English, French and Arabic

Required skills: ability to work under pressure, confidentiality, details oriented, team work spirit.
